About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the fashion and garment production sector. The role focuses on securing corporate and bulk production contracts such as uniforms, workwear, and branded apparel while building long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, institutional and retail segments.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying clients for bulk garment production.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
- Track sales performance, pipeline and conversion rates.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and revenue performance.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition, preferably in fashion, manufacturing or related industries.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing B2B deals.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales in bulk production or service‑based environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM tools.
