Business Development Manager – B2B & Chinese Market

About the role

Runlink AI HR Services Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Nigerian recruitment market, with a special focus on Chinese‑owned businesses. You will be based in Lagos and work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to identify and capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends, analyse competitors and uncover unmet customer needs or new geographic markets.
• Generate leads, pitch to prospective clients, attend industry events and negotiate strategic partnerships.
• Close high‑value deals by negotiating pricing, drafting contracts and managing key accounts from prospecting to closure.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new services and forecast revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in Nigeria.
• Fluent English; Mandarin speaking ability is a strong advantage.
• Existing network with Chinese business circles in Lagos is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND with a solid sales track record.
• Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate immediately.
