Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for King Bell Homes by identifying new property sales opportunities and building strong relationships with institutional buyers and high‑net‑worth clients. You will manage a pipeline of qualified leads, conduct market research, and represent the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional buyers and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct market research to track pricing trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Negotiate terms and close deals on units, partnerships, or bulk sales.
• Track leads, follow‑ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Represent King Bell Homes at industry events and networking functions.
• Report performance metrics and pipeline status to the Business Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate (real estate experience an advantage).
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable with a commission‑linked structure.
• Understanding of the Lagos property market is a plus.
