Business Development & Client Conversion Executive

About the role

The Lagos School of Interior Design (LASID) is seeking a dynamic Business Development & Client Conversion Executive to drive both B2C and B2B growth. You will promote our interior‑design programmes, manage enquiries and convert prospects into enrolled students.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2C and B2B leads for LASID Hub’s programmes and services.
• Manage enquiries, follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Support digital‑marketing campaigns and online lead‑generation activities.
• Develop partnerships, prepare proposals and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

• HND qualification with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability in sales, business development and lead conversion.
• Practical experience in digital‑marketing and customer‑service.
• Excellent communication, proposal‑writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM and customer‑service tools.
• Good working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Canva and AI tools.
