Business Applications Implementation Consultant (ERP) – Fully Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and detail‑oriented Business Applications Implementation Consultant with 2‑3 years of experience in ERP implementation and business process automation. The role involves implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 300 solutions for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 300 and related ERP solutions.
• Analyze client workflows, document business requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with data migration from legacy systems, validate data integrity and support integrations with third‑party applications.
• Provide end‑user training, support User Acceptance Testing and deliver post‑implementation troubleshooting.
• Develop reports, dashboards and business intelligence outputs; maintain project and support documentation.
• Engage clients professionally, manage stakeholder expectations and support pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years’ experience implementing ERP or business software solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and in a team.
• Customer‑service orientation with good documentation and reporting abilities.
