About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced bread baker to join our team in Ilasamaja, Lagos. The role involves preparing, mixing, proofing, and baking a variety of breads while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, proof, and bake different types of bread.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient stock and minimise waste.
- Keep baking equipment clean and in good working condition.
Required profile
- Proven experience in bread baking.
- Good knowledge of bread production techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of making specialty breads such as banana, coconut, and chocolate bread.
