Brand Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Associate to join our creative studio in Lagos. You will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies, building community engagement, and enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities while tracking performance metrics.
• Support brand strategy implementation, ensuring consistent voice, identity, and visual aesthetics across all channels.
• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, including behind‑the‑scenes studio footage.
• Maintain a regular content calendar and posting schedule to drive audience growth.
• Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations, PR packages, and brand activations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and suggest ideas to improve reach and conversions.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Mass Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing; beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Passion for beauty, branding, and storytelling with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Completed NYSC requirement.
