Brand Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Brand Manager to act as the custodian and strategic driver of brand identity, positioning, and communications across our luxury hospitality and lifestyle portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and continuously refine brand positioning and architecture across club, restaurant and event offerings.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, physical spaces, menus and events.
• Lead the creation of brand narratives, campaigns and communication strategies, approving concepts, taglines and storytelling approaches.
• Provide strategic creative direction to graphics and design teams, reviewing digital assets, promotional collateral and in‑space branding.
• Supervise digital marketing and social media activities, approving content calendars and monitoring performance metrics.
• Oversee event branding, ensuring alignment with brand standards and collaborating with hospitality teams.
• Evaluate and approve brand partnerships, sponsorships and public image initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing or communications, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle or private membership environments.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into impactful brand strategies that drive membership growth and revenue.
