Brand Manager – Ikeja

About the role

LeadHire Limited is recruiting on behalf of a media communication client for a Brand Manager based in Ikeja, Lagos. The role focuses on executing corporate directives, managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute corporate directives, new initiatives, events and holiday campaigns as designed.
• Implement digital, social, web and PR strategies to create awareness for upcoming events and assess their effectiveness.
• Monitor, measure and report social media activities, trends and campaign results, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with customer trends and predict future trends.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to meet customer expectations and build brand credibility.
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and produce reports.
• Supervise advertising, product design and other marketing activities to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage budgets and lead a team of junior assistants.
• Organise events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar brand management position.
• Residence in or around Ikeja and its environs.
