About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Brand and Design Manager to shape and communicate the visual identity of Work Evolve Limited. The role will drive brand strategy, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and lead a multidisciplinary design team in a fast‑moving entertainment and sports environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brand’s visual language, tone of voice and personality to differentiate it from competitors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand books and style guides for digital, print and physical assets.
- Lead graphic, product, visual designers and oversee social, campaign and affiliate design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital development and sales teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources and quality standards across multiple campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Brand Management, Fine Arts or related field.
- 5‑7 years of experience in brand design, creative direction, digital marketing design or campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, conversion‑focused design and sports‑oriented audience behaviour.
- Knowledge of responsible advertising standards and compliant promotional communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Advanced use of Figma.
- Experience with Canva Pro.
- Ability to work with motion design tools and social‑first design formats.
