Banking Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Banking Sales Agent to drive sales of our digital financial products in Lagos, Nigeria. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Acquire new customers by generating leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits to customers.
• Create customer awareness of company products.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product‑related inquiries.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Listen to customer needs and feedback to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up to date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services (preferred).
