Automation Officer – Business Process Automation

About the role

Casalavoro Limited is seeking an Automation Officer to support the digitisation of its daily operations across real‑estate, hospitality, asset management and agricultural trading activities. You will help design, implement and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining automated workflows and operational systems.
• Support the digitisation of daily operational processes and reporting.
• Organise operational data, schedules and records.
• Help departments adopt digital tools and automated systems effectively.
• Monitor workflow systems and report technical or operational issues.
• Document operational procedures and automation processes.
• Participate in process‑improvement and efficiency projects across departments.
• Provide basic technical support where required.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analysis, Business Technology or a related field.
• Completed NYSC.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or similar).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Make or Google Apps Script.
