Architect (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level architect position supports the design and documentation of construction projects in Lagos. Working under the supervision of senior architects, you will translate project requirements into practical architectural solutions and contribute to client presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals based on project requirements.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and other architectural drawings using relevant design software.
• Develop working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications under supervision.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, quantity surveyors, contractors and other project professionals.
• Participate in coordination meetings, site visits and monitor progress against approved drawings.
• Document site observations, report discrepancies and support quality‑control reviews.
• Prepare presentations, design proposals and project updates for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, approvals and ensure compliance with building regulations and internal standards.

Required profile

• Entry‑level architect with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting project timelines.
