Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a passionate architect with strong design capabilities and a keen eye for detail, innovation, and contemporary architecture. The successful candidate will transform concepts into outstanding architectural solutions and deliver high‑quality designs from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and conceptual proposals.
• Create 3D models, visualisations, renderings and animations.
• Design interior and exterior spaces.
• Prepare design drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage projects from conceptualisation through execution and hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural design.
• Strong creativity, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
