About the role
The Administrative Supervisor will oversee the administrative and support staff, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with company policies. Reporting to management, this role is essential for maintaining efficient office functions and providing reliable administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise administrative and support staff.
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies and record keeping.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with service providers.
- Monitor staff attendance and evaluate performance.
- Prepare regular reports and provide administrative assistance to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate office records and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
