Academy Coordinator – Events Training Academy

About the role

The Academy Coordinator will lead the development and growth of an events and hospitality training academy. You will own the curriculum, delivery model, revenue generation, and learner experience, ensuring the academy becomes a profitable, high‑impact learning hub.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch practical training programs for both physical and online delivery.
• Set pricing, create multiple income streams, and achieve an annual revenue target of ₦150 M.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage industry experts who deliver the courses.
• Oversee the full learner journey from enrollment to alumni engagement, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate schedules, venues, technology, and logistics to ensure smooth program execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and build partnerships with brands and corporate clients to drive enrollment.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience in program design, event management, or hospitality training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build long‑term relationships with facilitators and partners.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality delivery and community building.
