Warehouse Coordinator – Lagos

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will act as the operational bridge between the Warehouse Supervisor and the associate team at Sun King's Acme warehouse in Lagos. You will ensure that inbound, outbound, inventory and inter‑warehouse activities are executed accurately, on time and in line with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise receipt of inbound shipments, including physical inspection, quantity verification and GRN processing.
• Oversee profiling, scanning, labelling and system entry of inbound products in Sun King's ERP/WMS (SAP, Kazi Plan or equivalent) within 24 hours.
• Manage outbound picking, scanning, packing, labelling and dispatch, ensuring three‑way verification and correct documentation.
• Schedule loading activities, communicate with logistics partners and minimise truck turnaround time.
• Conduct daily cycle counts, enforce FIFO, monitor stock levels and flag stock‑out or slow‑moving inventory.
• Validate associate work on inbound and outbound tasks to maintain accuracy standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and documentation requirements.
• Ability to supervise a team, prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements.
