Travel and Tour Agent – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel and Tour Agent to join our Lagos office. You will be the main point of contact for clients seeking flight bookings, hotel stays, visa assistance and curated holiday packages, delivering a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa and travel arrangements.
• Develop and sell attractive travel and holiday packages.
• Provide excellent customer service and travel guidance throughout the booking process.
• Manage bookings, itineraries and client travel documentation.
• Follow up with clients to identify upselling opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel destinations, airline schedules and industry trends.

Required profile

• HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in travel, tourism or a related role.
• Strong sales, communication and customer service abilities.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of flight booking systems and travel documentation.
