Tech & Legal Sales Growth Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Tech & Legal Sales Growth Associate to drive client acquisition for our legal‑tech platform. You will be the first point of contact for law firms, showcasing how our solution can streamline their practice.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to law firms via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and in‑person visits.
• Introduce the platform, conduct live product demonstrations and explain key features.
• Follow up leads, nurture relationships and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with lawyers and firm partners.
• Create simple demo videos, presentations and sales collateral.
• Track outreach activities, demos, leads and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Strong interest in technology, legal services and sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Professional confidence when engaging senior legal decision‑makers.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Legal background or experience is a plus.
