Store Keeper

About the role

The Store Keeper will manage inventory for CoreHR Consulting’s warehouse in the Lekki–Epe corridor, ensuring accurate stock records and timely dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming stock against delivery notes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using registers and Excel‑based software.
• Issue stock only against approved sales or dispatch notes.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate variances and report unexplained losses to the Branch Manager.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling and storage of items to prevent damage or theft.
• Coordinate with sales representatives on product availability.
• Prepare documentation for all outbound goods and inter‑branch transfers.
• Provide written handovers during shift changes or leave.
• Submit accurate stock reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in storekeeping, inventory, warehousing or stock control.
• Strong sense of accountability, integrity and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness for handling furniture items.
• Reliability, punctuality and professional conduct.
• Preferably experience in furniture, building materials or FMCG retail.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 300,000 and NGN 350,000.
