Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of our two brands in Lagos. The role involves crafting engaging visual and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, while maintaining each brand’s unique voice.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Maintain the unique brand identity and voice of each business.
• Develop and manage content calendars for both brands.
• Post 4–6 times weekly for each brand across feed and story content.
• Design flyers and social media graphics using Canva.
• Edit reels and short‑form videos using CapCut.
• Capture engaging content with phone videography skills.
• Run effective social media ads and campaigns based on platform algorithms.
• Track performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Monitor trends and generate relevant content ideas.
• Communicate professionally with stylists, baristas, clients and management.
• Support promotions, launches, collaborations and brand activations.
• Be flexible to work weekends during peak business periods.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok trends and algorithms.
• Basic videography and mobile content creation skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Creative, organized, trendy and eager to learn.
• Ability to work across both locations in Lekki Phase 1.
• Portfolio of previous work required.
