About the role
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and strategic support to the Executive, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, meetings, communications, and executive‑level engagements. This role demands a proactive, highly organized professional capable of handling confidential information and acting as a key liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive.
- Organise executive, board, and leadership meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Executive.
- Support preparation for high‑level meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Track and manage key deadlines, commitments, and priorities on behalf of the Executive.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of executive directives.
- Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
- Manage travel itineraries and expense reporting for the Executive.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior or C‑suite executives.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is an advantage.
