About the role

Wagyr is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive user acquisition and partner growth for its blockchain‑powered gaming prediction platform. Based on‑site in Lekki, you will introduce gamers, communities and partners to the platform, showcase its value proposition and guide them through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective users, gaming communities and strategic partners.
  • Conduct outreach, schedule and lead product demos, and support onboarding processes.
  • Maintain relationships with existing users, gather feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
  • Assist in training new users and partners on platform features.
  • Contribute to achieving growth and revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Proven sales and pipeline management experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Customer service background focused on long‑term relationship building.
  • Experience training users or partners, preferably in tech or gaming.
  • Familiarity with gaming, esports or web3/blockchain ecosystems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Lekki and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
