About the role
Estrada International Staffing Solutions is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Lagos (Marina) to visit mapped retailers, register new kiosks and shops and sell products. The role involves riding an assigned motorcycle and working Monday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Visit mapped retailers and register new kiosks and shops
- Sell products and build strong relationships with retailers
- Record visits and sales using a sales app with GPS check-ins
- Manage daily stock, collect payments through authorised channels and reconcile daily
- Ride safely and take care of the assigned motorcycle
Required profile
- Minimum of an SSCE (OND is an advantage)
- At least 1 year of field sales, FMCG distribution or direct selling experience
- Confident motorcycle rider with a valid licence
- Good knowledge of Lagos streets and markets
- Honest, hardworking, with strong communication and sales skills
Required skills
- Able to use an Android smartphone and GPS
- Basic arithmetic
What we offer
- Remuneration of NGN 150,000 per month
- Working days Monday to Saturday
- Sales targets and bonuses communicated separately
