Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage our shop operations, engage customers both in‑store and online, and drive sales growth. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Open and prepare the shop for daily operations.
• Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets through in‑store and online channels (WhatsApp, social media).
• Follow up on enquiries, convert leads into sales, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and support promotions, product launches, and other sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, enquiries, and customer follow‑ups.
• Monitor stock levels, report low‑stock items, and ensure proper product displays.
• Stay knowledgeable about product features, prices, and benefits.
• Provide regular sales and customer feedback to the business owner.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or gadget/electronics sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Reliable, presentable, and able to work independently.
