About the role
Hospitalita LTD is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its sales initiatives across its diverse hospitality brands in Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and analyze market trends.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business expansion.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, revenue planning, and team leadership.
- Strong negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective time‑management and multitasking capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
