Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role
deepidv is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its remote team. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping them understand how our AI‑enhanced identity verification platform can protect their businesses from fraud and compliance risk.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and source high‑quality leads across 200+ supported countries.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels, and manage follow‑up communications.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, budget, and decision‑making timeline.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead‑tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
