Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

Frostline Africa Ltd is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Officer to join its on‑site team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. You will help expand the company’s solar‑powered cold‑storage solutions by conducting market research, shaping marketing strategies, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in the agri‑business and renewable‑energy sectors.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social‑media initiatives, to increase brand visibility.
• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities, managing the lead‑to‑client conversion process.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships, handling negotiations and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proven sales experience with lead tracking, client engagement, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of an on‑site team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in renewable energy or agri‑business is a plus.
