Heirs Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Sales Advocate to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This full‑time hybrid position combines client outreach, relationship building, and the promotion of our diverse insurance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients across various market segments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Promote and sell Heirs’ range of insurance products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct training sessions and mentor team members to boost sales performance.
• Manage and grow a sales portfolio while ensuring client needs are met with professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales and sales‑management techniques to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in training and mentoring sales teams.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote tasks.
• Results‑driven attitude with excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry; relevant certifications are a plus.
