Retail Manager – Store Operations & Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our store in Marina, Lagos. The role focuses on driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for optimizing store performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule retail staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in fashion, fabric, lifestyle or luxury retail is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities are essential.
