Projects & Fabrication Manager

About the role

The Projects & Fabrication Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of experiential marketing projects, exhibitions and brand activations for Quorum West Africa. You will translate creative briefs into practical fabrication plans, oversee production, installation and dismantling, and ensure each project meets quality, safety and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, fabricate, install and dismantle experiential marketing projects from concept to hand‑over.
• Interpret client briefs, 3D renders and production specifications to develop detailed execution plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Creative, Design, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to ensure seamless delivery.
• Supervise workshop operations and manage fabricators, installers, carpenters, welders, painters and electricians.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, material specifications and production requirements for each project.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption and labour costs to maintain commercial viability.
• Provide on‑site leadership during installations, enforce health‑safety standards and resolve technical issues.
• Produce progress reports, production updates and post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience managing large‑scale fabrication or construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, procurement processes and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage on‑site challenges.
