Product Quality Engineer

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join its Quality team in Dole. You will analyze customer claims, address production concerns, and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to prevent future issues while ensuring product documentation and process compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer claims, prepare engineering reports, and present findings.
• Implement continuous‑improvement strategies in production to proactively prevent complaints.
• Update, revise, and create product documentation as needed.
• Conduct process audits, prepare reports, and track corrective actions to completion.
• Participate in new product and process development meetings, resolving quality issues.
• Perform additional quality‑related tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a quality department, preferably in electronics or automotive.
• Familiarity with FMA and APQP processes.
• Proven experience with problem‑solving methods such as 5M, 5S, and PIPPA.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
