Product & Business Development Manager

About the role

The Product & Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client projects, and supporting product enhancements. Based in Lagos, you will work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business leads, conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn, deliver demos and negotiate contracts to meet monthly targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of client projects and events, handling planning, scheduling, vendor coordination and on‑site delivery using the company platform.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline trackers, nurture long‑term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube; produce blog posts and case studies; create marketing assets and track campaign performance.
• Test new product features, document bugs and usability issues, and convey client feedback to the product development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or project/event management.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships from pitch through delivery.
• Experience with marketing execution (social media, content creation, campaign management) is a strong plus.
