POS Sales Representative

About the role

The POS Sales Representative will promote Lendor Finance's point‑of‑sale solutions to businesses across Lagos. You will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, onboarding them onto the platform, and building lasting relationships that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses that may require POS services.
• Explain the POS solution and its benefits to business owners.
• Sign up and onboard new merchants.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active merchants.
• Achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and new sign‑ups.
• Introduce suitable merchants to other financial products where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: SSCE.
• Previous sales, marketing or customer‑facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Confident and comfortable approaching business owners.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and target‑driven.
• Professional and well‑groomed appearance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work in the field and visit businesses across the chosen Lagos area.
