Pharma Sales Representative

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell its pharmaceutical and healthcare products across the Marina area of Lagos. You will be the primary point of contact for eye clinics, hospitals, retail and wholesale pharmacies, driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical/healthcare products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with eye clinics, hospitals, retail and wholesale pharmacies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Conduct daily customer visits, product detailing and clinical presentations.
• Achieve monthly sales and product volume targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and gather customer feedback.
• Follow up on orders, maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
• Effectively manage the territory to maximise market penetration.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare or FMCG sales.
• HND or equivalent in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Existing relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, eye clinics and healthcare professionals are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and start immediately.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare sales processes.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
• Reimbursable monthly float of NGN 100,000.
