Mid-level UI Designer (Remote)

About the role

OVERVIEWBLK Labs is looking for a Mid-level UI Designer to create intuitive, visually polished digital experiences for a variety of clients. This fully remote position covers the entire design lifecycle, from research to high‑fidelity prototypes, and requires close collaboration with developers and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Work with project leads, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user‑friendly designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces for web, mobile, dashboards, and websites.
• Design responsive, modern interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Prepare developer‑ready design files, assets, components, and handoff documentation.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct design research, competitor analysis, and usability testing as needed.
• Maintain consistency using design systems, reusable components, and brand guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and internal feedback sessions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX, product, or visual designer.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, spacing, color, and responsiveness.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
