About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our pharmaceutical portfolio in Nigeria. You will shape brand strategy, drive market penetration, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including launches, rebranding, and phase‑out plans.
• Design and run multi‑channel marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, medical, and R&D teams to align initiatives with market needs.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
• Leverage digital platforms to increase product visibility and engagement.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective resource allocation.
• Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and local guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
