About the role
We are seeking energetic Market Sales Representatives to drive the distribution of essential cooking products such as seasoning cubes and oil across Lagos. You will work directly with retailers and market traders, promoting product visibility and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by selling FMCG products directly to retailers and market traders.
- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to ensure 100 % coverage of the territory.
- Build strong relationships with shop owners, secure prominent product placement and gather market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales, customer visits and stock levels; report competitor activity.
- Handle cash collections and stock responsibly, ensuring high integrity in all transactions.
Required profile
- 1–2 years proven experience in direct FMCG sales, preferably with oil, seasoning or cube products.
- Minimum education: SSCE or National Diploma.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of field sales and navigate open markets.
- Basic numeracy and literacy.
