Maintenance Supervisor – CNG Fuelling Station

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our CNG fuelling station in Lagos. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across the facility.
• Develop shutdown plans, work programs and coordinate equipment inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Monitor equipment performance, reliability metrics and minimise downtime.
• Lead a team of technicians, contractors and third‑party service providers, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions and drive reliability‑centered maintenance strategies.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare‑parts inventory and procurement of tools and services.
• Prepare regular maintenance reports, KPI dashboards and budget forecasts for management.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of maintenance experience in oil & gas or energy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of CNG fuelling equipment and associated safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff and manage third‑party contractors.
• Excellent analytical skills for equipment failure analysis and performance improvement.
