About the role
The Hotel Manager will lead the overall performance of a fast‑growing hospitality organization in Abuja. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance and security.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, comfort and service quality.
- Develop, implement and monitor operational policies, procedures and service standards.
- Supervise departmental heads, conduct performance reviews and ensure effective team management.
- Track occupancy, revenue and cost‑control metrics; prepare budgets, forecasts and operational reports.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure swift resolution.
- Lead staff training, motivation and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, including senior management exposure.
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial and revenue management.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest‑service orientation.
