Home Tutor for Primary 2 in Lekki, Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated home tutor to support a Primary 2 student in Lekki, Lagos. The tutor will provide one‑on‑one instruction at the client’s residence, focusing on core subjects and helping the child catch up with the Nigerian curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily 1‑hour lessons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 PM.
• Teach Basic Mathematics, English Language, Phonics, and foundational literacy and numeracy.
• Introduce Geography and History concepts aligned with the Nigerian curriculum.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods to improve the student’s diction and overall academic performance.

Required profile

• Experience tutoring primary‑level children, preferably in Primary 2.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian curriculum and ability to teach a range of subjects.
• Flexible schedule to meet the agreed lesson times.
• Willingness to travel to the client’s location in Lekki.
