Healthcare Technology Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant to join our HealthTech team in Lekki. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to design, implement, and optimise AI‑driven healthcare technology solutions for regulated clinical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and compliance teams to develop robust healthcare solutions.
• Design strategies that address regulatory and operational challenges.
• Analyse clinical workflows and provide tailored recommendations.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis to support scaling of AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or regulated healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Technology, Business or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lekki and contribute to a team‑focused environment.
