About the role

The Head of Business Intelligence & Go‑To‑Market will provide strategic leadership at the intersection of data analytics, business intelligence and product development for the Mobility Business of a leading bank. You will shape market‑driven strategies, drive advanced analytics initiatives and ensure the delivery of innovative mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide senior‑level business intelligence and product development strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to match mobility business goals with market trends and customer needs.
• Design and implement advanced data collection, integration and predictive analytics frameworks.
• Champion modern data visualization tools to improve decision‑making.
• Conduct industry benchmarking, value‑chain analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Develop long‑term market strategies and sophisticated demand‑forecasting models.
• Optimize route and logistics planning using advanced optimization techniques.
• Create and manage a product roadmap, overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or related field; master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, product development or strategic planning.
• Strong strategic orientation and ability to communicate insights to senior management.
