About the role

The Guest Experience Expert at Protea Hotel Benin City Select ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Working across the property, you will support check‑in/out, address guest requests, and provide local area insights while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrivals, departures, and luggage handling, including loading/unloading vehicles.
• Process operational tasks such as reports, guest requests, and coordination with other departments.
• Provide information about local attractions and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel premises.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
