About the role

This Graduate Trainee position offers a hands‑on introduction to the daily operations of a manufacturing and warehousing business. You will rotate through several departments, gaining exposure to sales, customer service, marketing, and business development while learning core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily business and administrative operations.
• Support sales, customer service, marketing, and business development activities.
• Learn inventory, procurement, and product‑supply processes.
• Help maintain customer relationships and handle inquiries.
• Participate in team projects and business development initiatives.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.
• Learn company procedures, professional ethics, and workplace standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of an HND in any relevant discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no extensive experience required.
