About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Further Maths Teacher to join our boarding school community in Lagos. The role involves delivering high‑quality mathematics instruction and supporting student development in a Christian environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lesson preparation and delivery
- Curriculum implementation
- Assessment and evaluation of student work
- Record keeping of academic progress
- Classroom management and discipline
- Student mentoring and support
- Use of teaching aids and resources
- Professional development and continuous learning
- Collaboration with colleagues
- Promotion of school values
Required profile
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- TRCN registration is an advantage
- Relevant teaching or boarding‑school experience is desirable
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good character and willingness to work in a Christian missionary boarding‑school environment
