Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer to manage the end‑to‑end supply chain of automotive gasoline (AGO) at our Ibeju Lekki facility. The role ensures safe, efficient loading, accurate inventory tracking and compliance with HSE and refinery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the loading of AGO from the refinery, ensuring schedule adherence and volume accuracy.
• Track fuel movement, reconcile received and dispatched volumes, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor tank levels, metering accuracy and loading safety protocols, conducting risk assessments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics reports, identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance for invoice verification, with IT to optimise logistics tracking software, and with corporate clients to maintain relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 4 years experience in oil & gas logistics or related loading operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, documentation and compliance in a refinery environment.
• Strong communication with refinery staff, transporters and regulatory bodies.
