About the role
ANTA Sports is looking for a proactive Franchise Sales Specialist to drive the expansion of its franchise and B2B partner network across the country. You will be responsible for identifying new franchise opportunities, negotiating agreements and ensuring the performance of existing partners aligns with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the franchise and B2B partner network nationwide.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard potential franchise partners that match the brand direction.
- Conduct market research and analyse regional potential for new franchise stores.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, business terms and partnership policies with franchisees and key clients.
- Take full responsibility for sell‑in and sell‑out performance across the franchise/B2B channel.
- Monitor partner performance, propose improvement plans and ensure compliance with brand standards, store image and sales policies.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Finance and other internal teams to support business operations.
- Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients, distributors and business partners.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in Sales, B2B, Franchise or Business Development.
- Experience in retail, fashion/sportswear, FMCG or retail chain operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong business development and negotiation capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with solid market analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with sales reporting tools.
