Foundry Associate

About the role

The Foundry Associate will work closely with Acumen Academy’s central team to ensure smooth delivery of program offerings to the Foundry community of social innovators. This role provides end‑to‑end operational support for global initiatives such as Acumen Angels, an early‑stage capital funding program.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute operational tasks for major global programs, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, communications, data & insights, and regional Academy teams.
• Maintain and nurture the Foundry community, providing tools, resources, and relationship support to scale ventures.
• Track program metrics, prepare reports, and assist in continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities across diverse functional groups.
