Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting activities, financial reporting, and cash management. This role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate analyses and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general, cost, and subsidiary accounting.
• Prepare, review, and analyse periodic financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyse variances and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee customer invoicing and supplier payments.
• Ensure tax and social compliance, including filings and liaison with government agencies.
• Prepare for internal and external audits and follow up on recommendations.
• Provide detailed financial analyses to support management decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of internal financial procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Experience with IT tools and accounting/SAP software.
• Attention to detail, integrity and a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Experience in an international or multi‑site environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of FIRS and LIRS standards (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• SAP accounting software
